Nila Foods Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions from time to time by updating the information and consumers are bound by any amendments/modifications.

Contract

The contract between Nila Foods Ltd and the consumer becomes binding on dispatch of the goods, by Nila Foods Ltd, for  full payment. We reserve the right to withdraw from the contract if the goods ordered are not in stock and a substitute offered is declined or there is a additional charge for delivery for example as a result of a remote location.

Acknowledgement of Order

We will send you written notification as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Processing your order, subject to availability and on receipt of full payment, the goods ordered will be dispatched within 2-3 working days.

Substitute Goods

If the goods ordered are not available you will be advised as soon as possible and a substitute will be offered. However the substitute will not be dispatched without your prior consent. Delivery charge for any goods dispatched is not refundable.

Delivery

Delivery charges depend upon the amount ordered and the service selected. There may be a variation in the charges related to remote locations. In such circumstances we will contact you and agree the charges.
We use a variety of different couriers and so delivery times may vary based, delivery times are also affected by the time of year, Sundays and bank holidays.

Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel within 14 working days from the day after that on which you receive the goods. We will fully refund the cost of the goods ordered provided they are returned unopened and undamaged. The delivery charges for the return of the goods will not be refunded. Refund will be made as soon as possible or within 14 days working  from the day of receiving the written notice of cancellation and the return of the goods. The initial delivery charge which may have  been paid for will not be refunded.

Acceptance of Goods

Delivery of goods must always be accepted and if there is damage this should be reported to the courier immediately and subsequently to the supplier (within 24 hours at the latest). Goods must be checked for damage immediately. All goods must be signed for.

Security

Credit/debit card details are protected using industry standard encryption. All the details of the order will be retained for accounting and auditing purposes and will not be given to 3rd parties for marketing purposes.
